Speed divides duration: base ÷ (1 + speed/100). +10% speed turns 60m into 54m 33s after rounding up, not 54m. For an already-buffed preview, compare current and proposed effective totals; do not discount its displayed duration again. Buff changes may apply only when starting an action. Help and speedups are deducted afterward.
