Record an owned hero
These fields describe actual completed progress. Assigning a hero to a squad above does not mark them owned.
Shared equipment plan
Give each physical piece a distinct label, such as “King’s Sword A.” A piece has one planned owner across all squads. These assignments do not change actual equipment or assume an item is owned.
Base values come from Top Lords reference tables. Earlier client previews verify selected identities and gates, not every numerical row. Unknown placement costs and quarantined records never become free upgrades.
