Capital Siege: entry, Deadzone restrictions and holding the Capital

Check eligibility, movement restrictions, recovery needs and holding responsibilities.

Alliances preparing for standard Capital Siege.

The short answer

Confirm ordinary Capital Siege eligibility, then prepare to hold, reinforce and recover. The recorded siege can last up to eight hours; full capture progress can finish it sooner. Cross-kingdom invasion uses a different rule set.

Entry is a separate check from winning a fight

For ordinary Capital Siege, the recorded alliance gate is ownership of a level-six city, and the Deadzone entry gate is Castle 12. Confirm the active event countdown and access before assigning participants.

This is separate from Kingdom Duel’s cross-kingdom attacker selection. Do not use an ordinary siege result as proof that the kingdom can invade another kingdom.

Prepare before entering the Deadzone

The recorded restrictions change what you can rely on during the operation. Bring resources, recovery stock and the formations you need before entry.

Plan to hold, not merely touch the objective

The siege lasts up to eight hours. Full capture progress wins immediately; otherwise longest holding time decides at the end. The winning alliance leader becomes King under the ordinary rule.

Name an opening leader, reinforcement coordinator and later replacement. Keep a reserve available for a handover or lost hold. A successful opening without a holding plan does not answer the main victory condition.

Honor, rewards and appointments are different follow-ups

Personal Honor and milestone eligibility are not the same as the alliance winning. Check actual claims and mail before funding the next purchase from expected rewards.

Royal favors can help later construction, research, training or recovery, but the appointment must be active and appropriate for the job. Conqueror is tied to the relevant attacking-kingdom victory condition, not every ordinary Capital win.

Before you commit

  • Entry requirements checked.
  • Deadzone restrictions understood.
  • Holding and reinforcement roles covered.
  • Recovery and claims assigned.

Common questions

Does winning ordinary Capital Siege always give Conqueror?

Do not assume that. The collected reference ties Conqueror to the applicable attacking kingdom’s victory. Ordinary Capital and Kingdom Duel rules remain separate.
