Which supporting upgrade or timer needs attention?
Plan VIP milestones, special-worker ranks and Intel storage using the correct Top Lords inputs.
VIP uses total points, each worker uses their own shards, and Intel Tasks follow your current storage cap and refresh timer. Check the next benefit before spending on another level.
These guides explain useful milestones and how each system fits into your daily routine. Where values differ or remain unknown, check the matching screen in your game.

VIP guide: active benefits, point milestones and gem spending

Hathaway and Derian: assignment, useful ranks and shard costs

Intel Tasks: storage, refresh timing and event preparation
Plan from the storage cap and refresh timer shown in your current game. Saving Intel can help a qualifying event, but a full store can waste incoming tasks. The reference tables disagree on some levels, so an exact live observation is better than a guessed universal cap.
